loftSEVEN is a unique location in Historic Downtown Los Angeles that is available for Filming. It spans over 16,000 sq ft. across two levels. One of the highlights of the penthouse is the gorgeous open showcase kitchen.

• Color-changing LEDs ceiling lights in the solarium

• Color-changing LEDs in the jacuzzi

 

The Rooftop is where loftSEVEN really shines. It has amazing 360-degree views of the DTLA skyline with picturesque mountains to the north. There is a small catering kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Six-foot glass barriers for security and safety as well as a 12-speaker sound system that wraps around the solarium. To top it all off, loftSEVEN has a 10-person rooftop jacuzzi.
